A practical path from a shortlist to a written, destination-specific quotation.
Start with the destination
Tell us the country, destination port and intended use. Vehicle eligibility, registration rules, steering position and charging standards belong at the beginning of the conversation.
Identify the exact variant
Model names alone are not enough. Confirm model year, powertrain, battery, seating, colour, charging connector and the required documents. Keep domestic and overseas-market versions separate.
Request a comparable quotation
A useful quotation states quantity, currency, the named delivery place, the agreed trade term and inclusions. Ask which port, inland charges, inspection, freight, insurance and destination fees are included.
Confirm before paying
Check the contracting and receiving entities, vehicle details, payment schedule and acceptance criteria. Use the written agreement for timing, refund conditions and responsibilities.
Arrange shipment and handover
Agree the inspection record, shipping method and document list in advance. On arrival, document condition promptly and follow the agreed handover procedure.
General procurement planning information. The order agreement and applicable destination requirements determine the final terms.
